Here’s How to Use the Friend Pass in Ghost Recon: Breakpoint

If you don’t own Ghost Recon: Breakpoint, but you know somebody that does, then you’re in luck as the newest feature, known as Friend Pass, will let you play with your friend, even if you don't own a copy of the game. If you have bought the game, you can now play with three of your friends.  The pass will only work on the same platform, though, so if you’re playing from PC, your friends must do the same to access the game. If you’re curious about the Friends pass,  you need to download the Ghost Recon Breakpoint trial. You can also play alone for six hours (which is the free trial limit). There is good news, and if you’re looking for the campaign, you can play offline as much as you want. The six hours trial will only count the time you were online, playing multiplayer. If you like stories more than online missions, this is definitely for you. If you’ve enjoyed the free weekend,...

Splinter Cell and Ghost Recon Will Cross Over Again

On March 24th, Splinter Cell and Ghost Recon will come together once again in another crossover event at the same time with a big content update that, so far, hasn’t been delayed due to COVID-19. Word of this crossover event comes directly from Ghost Recon’s Twitter account along with the teaser trailer that you see below: Sam Fisher returns in a new Ghost Recon Breakpoint adventure on March 24. Stay tuned for more intel, ghosts. pic.twitter.com/qRI9Dmugnb— Ghost Recon (@GhostRecon) March 19, 2020 In the trailer, we can see Sam Fisher conversing with a member of the Ghosts on Auroa, the island in the game that serves as home to the armed-drone you’ve been fighting against in the main campaign. As a tie in, Fisher actually mentions Terminators, a reference back to the T-800 crossover that previously came to Breakpoint. As for Sam Fisher, it’s not his first time serving with the Ghosts. He also appeared in Ghost Recon: Wildlands in an extra mission....

A new Terminator Crossover Event Has Come to Ghost Recon: Breakpoint

https://youtu.be/EqrhP5ePZ44 Following a teaser that was launched yesterday Ubisoft has finally launched the free-to-play Ghost Recon-Terminator crossover event. Two new Termintor-themed narrative missions are now underway, with the first one available now and the other arriving on February 1st. These aren’t just any Terminator’s, either, we’re talking about the original T-800 Terminators. The full Terminator story plays out in an all-new location known as Auroa, and it’ll put us in a team with future lady Rasa Aldwin. Ubisoft says we should expect “multiple mission settings, enemies, and dialogues,” all of which are inspired by the original Terminator from 1984. The Terminator-Ghost Recon crossover event runs between today and February 6th, and if you complete the missions, you’ll be graced with Terminator-themed weapons and vehicles. Plus, you’ll get the “iconic punk” outfit. A duo of cosmetic packs are available too, and those will allow you to dress as the Terminator (as in leather jacket, we assume) or Kyle Reese. The rewards are only available while the event...

Project Titan has Arrived in Ghost Recon Breakpoint

https://youtu.be/8iZ7FenwCv8 The first Ghost Recon raid is here. This is a free update and it’s open for any player who wants to take a real challenge. The only requirement for this mission is to have a Gear Score equal to or higher than 150. Now, there is a tricky situation, you can’t play with your friends if there aren’t four of you already. Communication is key, said Ubisoft, so make sure that you have a decent mic, and the silence around you to play and not bother your teammates. As you progress through the raid, you will have different checkpoints after every “boss fight”. Now, you only have to seriously consider if you want to play more or take a break after every big fight, as the progress between those fights won’t save, and you will have to replay from the last checkpoint. Enough tasks, let’s talk about why you should play this raid: It’s...

Ghost Recon Breakpoint: A Guns Guide

You can't become a ghost only using knives and drones, at least, not that kind of ghost. Depending on your preferences, your "killing kit" can be formed as you please. And, that's why there's a fine selection of weapons to choose from in Ghost Recon Breakpoint from handguns to marksman rifles and everything in between. Your "kit" will contain two different firearms, one primary and one secondary. Handguns Even if they're not used all that often, everyone knows the feeling of taking down enemies using one. It can offer numerous saves, especially for those who don't think about the number of bullets required. Plus there's just something prideful about being a sidearm sharpshooter. Here's the list of handguns available.

Ghost Recon Breakpoint Short Review

For a game that boasted new features and stealth game play, Ghost Recon doesn't seem to present anything noteworthy to an already expansive offering off first-person shooters. After just a few short hours of playing, we've discovered that, unless you crank up the difficulty, the game is simply too easy with subpar AI and an overall lack of unique gameplay. As the name of the series suggests, a stealth mission is the best way to come around. There is some realism in gun silencers as the are reasonably loud but the AI bots that you're playing against in campaign aren't much better than the bots we experience way back with James Bond 007 kick-started the FPS genre as we know it. Blending with the surroundings are possible, but it's not that critical in easier game modes as the AI bots are damn near blind and don't worry about making noise, either. Those drones that the game has boasted since...
