Ghost of Tsushima’s long-awaited Legends update lands today, and Sucker punch has finally revealed when you’ll be able to download update 1.1, and how to access the new four-player co-op mode.

When Does the Ghost of Tsushima Update Launch?

Ghost of Tsushima Legends Update (update 1.1) will start rolling out October 16 at 8 AM PT and 11 AM ET. Within a couple of hours of this launch time, Sucker Punch says the game will be available worldwide and for all regions. This means that for some, the update will arrive very late in the night. If you’re in the AEST time zone, for example, you won’t be able to start downloading until 1 AM on October 17.

How to Play Four-Player Co-Op in Ghost of Tsushima?

There are two ways to access Legends co-op mode. From within the game, all you have to do is talk to the new in-game character that goes by the name “Gyozen.” He’ll be marked on your map, so he’ll be easy to find. Alternatively, you can select the “Legends” option from the game’s main menu. The first time you do this, however, you’ll be taken to the PlayStation Store to download the free DLC that enables co-op mode.
