We’re only a few weeks into 2020 and already we’ve heard news that highly anticipated games like Avenegers and Cyberpunk 2077 had been delayed. Now, you can add Dying Light to that list, with Techland announcing that it needed “more time to deliver its vision.”
We will have more details to share in the coming months and will get back to you as soon as we have more information. We apologise for this unwelcome news. Our priority is to deliver an experience that lives up to our own high standards and to the expectations of you, our fans.
We know that Cyberpubk 2077 should be released in September, but Techland has yet to announce when Dying Light will make its debut outside of saying that it’s not going to make the original Spring of 2020 release window. For now, it’s just a waiting game. We’ll keep you updated as we learn more. You can see the full tweet and announcement below.
