A big update is coming to Warframe, and it includes some features that were first showcased at Tennocon 2019. Operation Scarlet Spear, as it’s called, will run for four weeks in total, starting today, March 24 and extending to April 21, 2020.
For this event, The AI entities known as Sentients will land in Warframes’s spaceship combat mode where you’l be attacked inside your Railjack ships by various boarding parties. If you don’t think this sounds too tough, well then you need to be aware that these Sentient boarding parties are much smarter than the current alien enemies. They can even disrupt and disable ship systems, which will require you to work with other players to clear the ship and get moving again
And, this is where the limits to four-player squads comes
into play. Currently, four-player squads are the limit, but now there’s a new
way to add more players to a mission. A feature called Operation Link, found in
the new Operation Room will allow players to team up. If it sounds familiar,
that’s because this...
After No Man’s Sky success, Hello games decided that another game is the right thing to do. The Last Campfire was announced at the Game Awards back in 2018, and now we get to see what the game will look like, and if you focus enough, you can see how the story will unfold. The video showcases a cartoonish world, where the main character interacts with different NPCs, freeing what seems to be a “living blue flame.” The environment holds a lot of secrets, with creatures coming out of their camouflage.
The story wasn’t revealed, but in the video, we can see how most of “their kind” we’re transformed in stone, and our character can “break the curse.” It’s a short video, but it shows the game has a lot to offer and will rely on the No Man’s Sky idea of exploration with a lot of puzzles. The game is present on Steam, only with a brief presentation that speaks exclusively about the game’s appearance and nothing more. The interesting fact is that...
Between game delays due to various reasons and gaming events
being canceled due to the Coronavirus, it’s been a rough few months for the
gaming industry. As an example, Cyberpunk
2077 was delayed until at least December and its multiplayer could be at least
a year away. This delay, however, comes with a silver lining, as CD Projekt
Red has announced that a new entry to The Witcher series will be coming, with
development starting later in 2020 once Cyberpunk 2077 finally launches.
Word comes directly from Adam
Kiciński, the President of CD Projekt Red. He told Polish journalists from Gamesradar
that a “relatively clear concept” was already established for the next Witcher
game and work on it would start “immediately” after Cyberpunk 2077 is released.
That’s really good news considering the last game in the series,
The Witch 3: Wild Hunt was launched back in 2015. It has been a smash hit, raking
in sales numbers that go beyond the 20 million mark, but after 5 years, it’s
time for something new. The game was even launched with great success on
Nintendo Switch in 2019 and players...
Warframe is one of the most complex games that I’ve ever played. The vast universe lets you explore lots of different planets, a ton of weapons, and different warframes.
The Warframes are the “protectors” of the galaxy that fight in an endless war with hideous creatures and the infected. You start the game with one of three different warframes. If you want to unlock new and more powerful warframes, you can always go and build more. These warframes can be regular or prime. The prime warframes are the strongest. The warframes can use different weapons, but you need to get their blueprints and the items required to craft them.
If you complete more planets “junctions,” you will see that your character becomes weaker and weaker. The “builds’ that you can apply to your characters are unlimited, but you will need a team of scientists to create your own and, at the same time, to be good. There are numerous “crafting” items, most of them can be obtained with no problem, but some of them will...
Season 2 of Fortnite Chapter 2 has finally launched, and along with it came a number of issues that, so far, have yet to be resolved. It looks like Epic games is busy trying to solve some server issues and other minor bugs, but as of now, everything isn't good in the hood.
We're aware of issues preventing some players from gifting the Battle Pass. We'll provide an update when these are resolved. https://t.co/Ticys801bN— Fortnite Status (@FortniteStatus) February 20, 2020

Original Story: Epic Games Confirms Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 2 Downtime

It’s confirmed, Devil May Cry 3 will feature a co-op mode for Nintendo Switch, so the bloody Palace will live up to his name. In this mode, you will be able to play as the hero (Dante) or you can be the villain(Vergil). You’ll be able to play with any configuration, Pro Controllers or Joy-cons, they’ll do the same job, with no problem. The details come from Matt Walker, the producer. The configuration can also be changed, meaning that every player will be able to adjust the controls as he wishes.
The mode won’t be available until you have completed at least the beginner's chapter from the main story, though, so don't expect to jump straight into co-op mode right away. Once in co-op, we’ll be able to have our favorite weapons and styles, so you can swap them to meet your preferences or just to try something new. This change won’t apply just before the game, it can be changed when you’re playing. Most liekly, you will be able to circle through the available...
In case you got bored with the current monsters, or you’re simply looking for something new, more challenging, and more difficult, well say no more as March will grant you these wishes. Your wishes come in the form of the Raging Brachydios and the Furious Rajang - two incredible and beautiful beast. But don’t get too comfortable; they're dangerous.
Let’s start with the big, yellow monkey with horns. His abilities are based on electricity and heavy strikes. Apart from the one we already got in the past, which gets enraged and changes colors, making it a little more dangerous, this one will be angry from the beginning and perhaps even more dangerous. So try your best to avoid any hits that may cause a quick death.
The Raging Brachydios is a dragon that can create explosions can also spit lava in any and all directions. And that’s now the worst part, as now -- while dodging his explosive charges -- you have to keep an eye open on the lava, which will fill his cave,...
The financial year for gaming companies are coming to an end and new consoles are on the way. With the Sony PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X coming before next holiday season, it would seem like Nintendo would be on its way to introducing a follow up to the Nintendo Switch, right? Wrong. In fact, the current Nintendo Switch will probably be around for quite a while longer. This much became evident during a Q&A session with Nintendo President, Shuntaro Furukawa, and Representative Director, Shigeru Miyamoto.
One of the more important questions during this Q&A
session revolved around whether new hardware from Sony and Microsoft was a
threat. Apparently, Nintendo doesn’t see either company as a threat at all:
We believe that the position of Nintendo Switch in its lifecycle is different from that of hardware from other companies and that the consumers of our products are also different. Therefore, we do not believe that the business activities of other companies will be especially influential on Nintendo’s business
In short, Furukawa believes that the Nintendo Switch, which
Just a week after we announced that The Outer Worlds was coming to Nintendo Switch this March, the company has peddled back and say that the game has been delayed without any hint as to how long the delay will be.
To clarify, the team at Virtuos is ok, but their office has remained closed during this time. We're working with the team to determine an updated development timeline, and will share more regarding a new launch date shortly.— Private Division (@PrivateDivision) February 6, 2020
Fortunately, nobody at any of the company’s studios have
been affected by the virus, so this is more of a preventative measure than
anything else. So far, there isn’t word on an updated release plan, but it does
look like the game will actually be released on a physical cartridge – a big
and unexpected change as the original plan included only digital sales with
physical copies being sold as download codes only. It’s cool that it will now
come on a cartridge, but we’re guessing this is the result of negative feedback
from the original...
