Xur is making his first visit of 2020 and, as usual, he’s
bring a nice list of Exotics to help you get that one step up in PvE and PvP,
and there’s even a Fated Engram to get you something that ‘s not in his inventory.
This time around, there will be items that can help you
upgrade your Sundial obelisks or what you need to complete more baked treats
for The Dawning. To find him you need to head over to lo in the northwestern
corner of the Gian’s Scar area. His exotic weapon this week is Lord of Wolves.
If you’re a hunter, he’ll hook you up with ST0MP-EE5 leg armor while Titans can
get Dunemarches leg armor. Warlocks can get their hands on Sanguine Alchemy
The easiest way to find Xur is to spay at the transmat zone
in Giant’s Scar, then ride your sparrow to the north through the archway. To the
left of the area, you’ll see a cave set into the wall...
Fortnite’s Winterfest challenge is over, but you still have a couple of days to complete any lingering challenges that you haven’t gotten to quite yet. In this guide, we’re going to help you find the Workshop, Mr. Polar’s Artisanal Ice, and Crackshot’s Cabin. If you’re not too familiar with the map yet, or just haven’t paid much attention, don’t fret – we’ve put together a map to show you exactly where they are at.
The challenge is actually quite simple to complete as there’s
nothing more you have to do other than visiting the three buildings. The Workshop
is located southeast of Holly Hedges, Mr. Polar’s Artisanal Ice is in the
northeast corner of Dirty Docks, and Crackshot’s Cabin is east of Eye Land. We’ve
marked all the locations on the map above. The best part is that you don’t have
to visit all three in the same match, so there’s no need to rush from building
to building. The fastest way to do this challenge is to head to...
Fortnite’s Winterfest event is officially over with, but the
good news is that you have until January 7, 2020 to complete any challenge you
haven’t managed to tackle. One of the easier tasks this year is to dance at
five different Christmas trees, but finding them can be a bit tedious,
especially if you thought the one at Crackshot’s Cabin actually counts – it doesn’t.
So, we’ve put together a simple map for you to help you find the trees before it’s
As you can see, they are scattered all over the map. We
found the easiest way was to start at pleasant park and work our way downward. From
Pleasant Park, shoot over to Holly Hedges, then to Salty Springs. From there, high
tail it over to Lazy Lake and then to Retail Row. Another nice trick was to do the
challenge in Team Rumble as you get a glider and can use it to your advantage
to cover a lot of ground in a short period of time.
Now that the year and decade have past, it’s time to start
looking forward and, here at Addicted to Play, the best way to do that is to look
at the new game release schedule for January of 2020. It’s not set to be a big month
by any means, but if you’re a PC gamer, you’ll finally get to play Monster
Hunter World: Iceborne and Warcraft III: Reforged is finally making its debut
too. Here’s a complete breakdown of the games coming this month:
Monster Hunter World: Iceborne
Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot
PS4, Xbox One, PC
Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE Encore
Oddworld: Stranger’s Wrath HD
As Fortnite’s Winterfest event comes to a close, you’re
probably in a hustle to complete all of the challenges, and you only have until
January 7th to get caught up. If you’re trying to get your hands on
the Snowy Pickaxe, then this guide is for you. Unfortunately, it’s not quite as
easy as hunting down stationary items, but you can complete the challenge
relatively easy with a little bit of luck.

Completely the Snowy Pickaxe Challenge (Winterfest Challenge 8)
While completely the Snowy Pickaxe challenge doesn’t have
you hunting down fireworks, snowflake decorations, or hidden ice boxes, you
will need to find and use two Presents in the game. I know, you haven’t seen
these since Season 7 of Chapter 1, but the Present was brought back in update v11.30
on December 12 just for the new Winterfest challenge. The hard part is...
To celebrate the arrival of 2020, Epic Games wants to give
you a new glider in Fortnite – one that proudly displays “2020.” Of course,
nothing is free, so you know there’s a challenge you have complete.
Fortunately, it’s an easy challenge, and all you have to do is set off a single
firework to claim your prize. We’ve found three of them in our Winterfest adventures,
and we’ve put together a map with known locations to help you find them.
Fotnite Froze Frozen Firework Locations
The three fireworks that we found were all on the north side
of the map, however, we’re pretty sure there are at least a handful more
further south. Either way, check out Sweaty Sands, Craggy Cliffs, or the beach
to the east of Dirty Docks, and you’ll find a lone firework waiting for you to
Activate any one of the fireworks and you’ll complete the
challenge. They return to the same location every match, too, so if...
With Fortnite’s Winterfest Challenge ending January 2nd,
there’s not a lot of time left to complete all the challenges. However, you do
have until January 7th to make up anything you haven’t completed
yet, so you better get to work. If you’ve been having trouble finding one or
more of the iceboxes hidden throughout the map, then fret not, as we have you
Where Are the Ice Boxes in Fortnite Winterfest Challenge?
There are a bunch of ice boxes scattered across the Fortnite
map, and we’ve managed to locate a handful of them here at the ATP office. So,
we’ve decided to point them out on a map so that you don’t have to search too
As you can see from the map above, we’ve located them in the

Fortnite’s Winterfest event is coming to an end in less than
24 hours and you only have until January 7 to complete all of the challenges
you’ve been tasked with this holiday season. As such, we thought it would be a
good idea to help you find those pesky, hard-to-locate snowflake decorations
that must be destroyed.
Where Are the Snowflake Decorations in Fortnite?
The snowflake decorations are actually pretty difficult to
find, especially in comparison to the ice boxes, as they are usually hanging in windows and
very easy to overlook. There are actually quite a few spread across the map,
and you only need to destroy three of them to complete the challenge, so it’s
not as hard as it might seem – you just have to know where to look.
You’ll find most of them handing on different houses, and
you’ll be able to find them in specific locations. In other words, they don’t
move from match to match and if someone else...
