Saint’s Row, the weird parody of a game that was once designed to take on Grand Theft Auto has spun completely out of control as of the launch of Saints Row IV. But, Saints Row The Third is considered one of the best and now it’s about to come back looking better than ever before. That’s right, folks, Saints Row The Third has been remastered and is set to launch on May 22, 2020 after a healthy remastering.
Unlike the more recent Saints Row titles, the third installment of the series was a little more grounded and puts you in the position of re-establishing your gang as the world’s top organization. Like GTA V, you’ll get to us an arsenal of firearms and weird vehicles, but you also get to enjoy some of the more interesting melee weapons. The Remastered edition that launches for PC, PS4, and Xbox One in May is the complete version of the game with all DLC and expansions...

The Last of Us 2 was expected to launch on PS4 back in February, and more recently re learned that it had been delayed for an indefinite period of time. Naughty Dog had issues its own statement at that time (just on April 3, to be exact) but now Naughty Dog VP, Neil Druckmann appeared on the Official PlayStation Blogcast (embedded above) to talk about the game’s delay a little more in-depth.
While part of the delay is undoubtedly on the shoulders of the COVID-19 outbreak, it also seems as if the delay also lies on the shoulders of Naughty Dog Studios as well. It is, of course, important to remember that delays often lead to a better game, but Druckmann points out that the team is disappointed in the delay just like the rest of us.
Internally we know we have a great game and it’s just... we have to wait a little bit longer to get it out there to...
Crytek is a studio that has been responsible for a number of games, namely the first Farcry, the Crysis Series, and games like Ryse and Hunt: Showdown. A rendering engineer for that very studio, Ali Salehi, spoke of what it’s like to develop games for both the Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5 and, long story short, the PS5 comes out as the better system.
Salehi spoke to Persian gaming website Vigiato where he discussed the power different between both next-gen systems and how the power advantage of the Xbox Series X isn’t all it seems to be. He claims that the PS5 is designed in a way that makes developing and coding games much easier, especially when it comes to reaching the consoles peak performance.
“The developers are saying PS5 is the easiest console they have ever coded on to reach its peak performance. Software-wise, coding for PS5 is extremely simple and has so many abilities that make the so free. In total, I...
In the same IGN feature where Phil Spencer discussed how Xbox could win the next generation console war, he also shed some light on what Microsoft has planned for the Xbox Series X at launch and beyond. In the video that you see above, Spencer discussed how Microsoft was going to “go big” with Xbox All Access for the launch of the box Series X when it launches later this year. This means that obtaining the new Xbox Series X could be a simple as joining Xbox All Access and paying your monthly dues.
However, there was something that is, seemingly, a little more important, and that is his wording. He said that Microsoft will “go big with at the launch of the consoles.” So, that raises the question of whether or not Spencer misspoke. Microsoft has suggested in the past that it planned to launch more than just one next-gen console this year – similar to the way we current have...
Just a couple of days ago, rumors began to swirl that Sony was having Performance issues with the PlayStation 5, increasing worry that the system would be delayed despite the fact that Sony claims that it’s right on schedule. Right around the same time, Phil Spencer told IGN that he’s not really worried about Sony’s next-gen console and that game delays probably won’t stop Microsoft from launching the Xbox Series X. Now, Spencer took his place on IGN’s Next-Gen Console Watch 2020 where he says he believes that Xbox has a plan that can win the next-gen console wars.
During his talks on the show, which we’ve embedded above, Spencer said,
"We have a plan and we feel very solid about it. I believe we have a plan that can win ”
He explained went on to explain how the Xbox team started working on the next-gen Series X console, saying that “you have to set a...
Just days before the launch of Resident Evil 3 Remake, we got word that the 2021 installment of Resident Evil would be a big departure and that “a lot of people would be pissed off about it.” The same guy that shared this information, Aesthetic Gamer, is a fairly reliable leaker (he’s been right more than he’s been wrong) and has now shared a little more information about Resident Evil 8 and what we can expect from it.
What We Know About Resident Evil 8
Apparently, RE8 actually began life as Resident Evil Revelations 3. If you’re not aware, the “Revelations” name is being used as a spin-off and gap filler for Resident Evil games that are different. It has worked so far as Revelations 2, for example, was a pretty big hit. Word is that Capcom liked the early version of the game so much (it’s supposedly been in development since 2016, by the way) that the company decided...
Sony’s PS5 talk back in mid-March did shed some light on the PlayStation 5, but it fell quite short of expectations. We have learned about the PS5’s backward compatibility, and that it could have the ability to load games as fast as Netflix loads movies. And, in our specs comparison between the Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5, it became evident that the two next-gen consoles stack up pretty well against one another. However, the fact that Sony hasn’t been able to show us any PS5 gameplay or even what the next-gen console looks like is quite alarming to say the least. Now, there’s new rumors that Sony is having serious performance issues with the PS5 and failure rate is beyond acceptable.
Now, before I go into describing this leak, just let me point out that I love PlayStation as much as I do Xbox, Nintendo, and even PC gaming, and I’m saying we should take the information I’m about to share with a truckload of salt. After all,...
Season 2 of Modern Warfare has been running since February 11, and it’s about time for Season 3 to kick off. Well, we now know a little about it, and this is what you need to know
When Does Modern Warfare Season 3 Start?
Activision has officially announced that Modern Warfare Season 3 kicks off on April 8th. There’s no official time for its launch quite yet or word on if there will be any downtime during the transition, but it’s less than a week away, and we expect at least some changes.
New Operators Are Coming to Modern Warfare in Season 3
When Activision announced Season 3’s start date on Twitter, it included the image you see above. There are three new operators shown in the image, and you can bet all three will be part of the April 8th update. There’s also a Ghost that looks a bit lost, but your guess as to the importance...

Not even a week ago, we showed the trailer for Quantum Error, the first confirmed horror game for the PlayStation 5, and now a duo from none other than TeamKill media has exposed a little more about the game in an interview with Lovecraft Video Games.
The outlet interviewed “Micah” and Dakoda Jones” from TeamKill Media, and they painted a new picture of this game in a light that I don’t think anyone really expected. In that interview, the two insiders were asked about the story line and, while they couldn’t say much, they did point out that the game has a very interesting storyline – one that seems like a blend of Dead Space and Bloodborne, among others.
“You play as Jacob Thomas from the Garboa district in San Francisco and you are dispatched with a crew and your partner Shane Costa to rescue any...
