Activision has now released fresh content for both Call of Duty Warzone and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. Updates include four new Warzone weapons, a new operator named Talon, and a new 6v6 map called Khandor Hideout. The update went live a 2AM EST on the East Coast or 6am UK time.
Modern Warfare Map Khandor Hideout
Khandor Hideout is a new map added to Modern Warfare today as a new, medium-sized 6v6 battleground. Activision describes it as having “long sight lines and interior spaces.” It is quite an impressive map for snipers, but there’s also a big warehouse right in the middle for those of you that prefer to run-and-gun as opposed to camping and sniping.
Modern Warfare and Warzone Operator Talon
Talon is an all-new operator that has joined both Modern Warfare and Warzone. He comes complete with a combat ready dog that takes part in his finishing move. However, to get Talon and his dog, you’ll need to visit the Store and grab a bundle that includes the operator and Indiana, two legendary weapon blueprints, and two tier skips.
New Warzone Weapons for March 25
As part of the March 25 update to Warzone, you’ll also find four new weapons at your disposal. These include the 725, MK2 Carbine, .50 GS, and the EBR-14. You’ll find them in common and uncommon ratings, and they will be randomly scattered across Verdansk.
Modern Warfare and Warzone Endowment Defender Pack
This isn’t part of the free updates mentioned above but purchasing the Endowment Defender Pack does go to a good cause. It’s available for both Modern Warfare and Warzone, and the money spent on these gear packs go toward Call of Duty Endowment – a non-profit that assists real-world veterans in finding work once they’ve come home.
